Do you do editorial illustration work and how can I commission you?
Yes I do! I have been working as a freelance illustrator for ten years now and have worked on a huge variety of different projects, from maps, food illustration, packaging design, books, and general magazine and newspaper editorial work. Please just send me an email at hello@laurenradley.com if you would like to commission me or work together – I always welcome interesting and exciting new jobs!
I just placed an order, when will it arrive with me?
All of our orders are packed and wrapped in our home studio and posted the day after your order has been placed, so you can expect it to reach you within 3 to 5 working days of your order being placed. If you need something sooner, then pop us an email and we will do our best to get it to you for a required date. For personalised items or custom orders, delivery time varies and we will speak to you directly about this when you place your order, but we always aim to have it with you within two weeks.
We are based in Jersey, so sometimes (very rarely!), our orders can have a slight delay reaching you (this tiny island gets foggy and sometimes the post plane can’t get out for a day or two!), so please excuse us if this does happen, and if it causes a problem for you, then let us know and we can possibly offer a refund or exchange depending on the circumstance.
Do you do wholesale and can I stock your products?
Yes we do, and we always love to hear from potential new stockists. Just fill in this form and tell us a bit about yourself and we’ll take it from there!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do – your shipping costs will be calculated when you place in your address at the check out. Please allow extra time for delivery on international orders
Do you do custom orders?
Absolutely! Please see the ‘personalised’ section of our shop, or alternatively, if you have something more specific in mind then please pop me an email at hello@laurenradley.com and I will do my best to help create whatever you are after!
What is your returns policy?
As we are a small business, and each of your orders (particularly prints), are printed and packaged to order, then we do not offer refunds or returns unless there has been a specific issue or problem with your order. This includes the order being unreasonably late, receiving the wrong item, or the item being damaged. If you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing, then please get in touch and we will do our best to exchange your product.
