Payment Terms

  • First Order: Pro-forma (payment required before dispatch)
  • Subsequent Orders: Net 30 days from invoice date
  • Invoicing: All invoices will be sent via email

Shipping

  • UK Shipping: £16.80 flat rate, or FREE on orders over £150
  • International Shipping: Calculated and invoiced separately after your order is placed
  • Dispatch Times: We aim to ship all orders within 2 weeks, though some items may take up to 4 weeks
