Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you do not love your item; we are happy to accept all returns placed through the website within 30 days of you receiving your order. We do not currently offer paid returns meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. When returning your parcel, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Please email us at hello@laurenradley.com to note your return, within 14 days of receiving your order, and someone will get back to you with return address details.

Faulty / Damaged Items: 

We always aim for orders to arrive in the same condition that we dispatch them, if your product arrive damaged, or if there is any other problem with your order, then please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
